Kaslo Outdoor Recreation & Trails Society (KORTS) is hosting a BC Trails Day event on Sunday May 28 at 9:30 am to noon. Join in pulling out invasive weeds along several sections of the Kaslo River North Trail, then re-plant some Native plant seeds provided by KORTS. Learn about harmful Invasive Weeds & Species and beneficial Native plants from the Central Kootenay Invasive Species Society.

Meet at the Kaslo River North trailhead at the end of Railroad Ave (Higashi Way). Wear gloves and bring a weed pulling/digging tool if you have one.

FREE EVENT SUITABLE FOR ALL AGES AND ALL ARE WELCOME
