Canadian Pacific Railway Station

1900 - The Nelson railway station was built by the Canadian Pacific Railway in 1900. The 2-story, wood-frame, railway station is located near the lakefront to serve as an important meeting point between rail and steamboat transportation. Local Film: "The Tall Man"

The heritage CPR railway station appears momentarily in the 2012 film "The Tall Man", as the camera pans seamlessly transitioning from a Nelson landmark to the streets of downtown Ymir.
