• Whitewater’s Downtown Office (open daily, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM).
• On-Mountain Guest Services (Dec 6 – Mar 8: 8:15 AM – 4:00 PM / Mar 9 – Apr 6: 8:30 AM – 4:15 PM).

• Save your proof-of-purchase email to your phone, as there’s no cell service on the mountain.
• Lift tickets must be purchased online to receive the discount; in-person redemptions are not available.
• All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. GST is not included in the ticket price.
